Most organisations use this training alongside a Take the Space framework, to support application across teams, departments, and leadership.

 

Some organisations come directly for training or strategic support — for example, when facing a specific issue, decision, or period of pressure. That route is also available.

 

Bespoke anti-racist and inclusive practice training can be tailored to how each part of a cultural organisation actually works — from governance and leadership to front-of-house, programming, communications, volunteers, and recruitment.
