How it works

The framework can be completed from 12 weeks up to 6-months.

Organisations work through structured stages including at their own pace:

Stage 1: Establish organisational context and direction
Clarify organisational understanding, leadership priorities and implementation scope.

Stage 2: Organisational audit and baseline assessment
Complete structured organisational audit across key operational areas.

Stage 3: Roadmap development and implementation planning
Define priorities, ownership and organisational implementation roadmap.

Coaching sessions support review, alignment and completion.
